Trust is the currency of co-broking. Vouches are endorsements from other brokers, and together with your deal history and verification they shape how trustworthy you look to the network.

Give a vouch

Open Vouches → Given (or a broker’s card) and write a short endorsement. To keep vouches meaningful:
  • You can vouch for brokers at other firms only (cross-firm) — no vouching for your own colleagues.
  • Only one vouch per firm counts toward a broker’s standing.

Received vouches

Under Vouches → Received you’ll see endorsements others have given you. For each one you can choose whether to show it on your public card. Vouches are lightly moderated to keep them genuine.

Your Buddy Score & verification

Two different signals, often confused:
A reputation signal built from your deal track record and ratings — how reliably you close and how counterparties rate working with you. It grows as you complete deals cleanly.
A credential check. Submit a licence or credential under Get verified on your card; once an admin verifies it, you earn the blue tick. Publishing doesn’t require it — but verified brokers stand out and rank higher.
The fastest way to build trust: complete a few clean deals, get verified, and collect a couple of cross-firm vouches. All three show on your public card.
