Groups — labelled Groups in the app (some links still use the older name circles) — are private groups of brokers. They let you share pocket listings — off-market properties visible only to people inside the group — instead of publishing to the whole network.

Create a group

Open Groups → New group

Give it a name and a colour so it’s easy to recognise.

Add members

Search for brokers and add them, or send invites to brokers who aren’t on the platform yet.

Use a group

When you launch a property as pocket, you choose which group(s) can see it. Only members of those groups will match against it or find it — everyone else sees nothing.
Anything launched as public is visible to the whole network and doesn’t need a group. Groups are only for pocket/off-market sharing.

Invite people

Copy invite link gives you a link to send however you like. You choose whether it expires or has no expiry, and you can revoke it later — anyone who hasn’t used it yet then can’t.

Join a group

If another broker invites you, you’ll get a join link or an invite in your notifications. Accept to become a member and start seeing that group’s pocket listings.

Managing a group

  • Remove a member — they lose sight of the group’s pocket listings.
  • Leave a group you’re in.
  • Delete a group you own. The group and its sharing go with it, so the pocket listings you shared through it stop being visible to those brokers.
Removing someone or deleting a group takes effect immediately on what they can see. Neither is undone by re-adding them to a new group — the sharing has to be set up again.
