Circles are private groups of brokers. They let you share pocket listings — off-market properties visible only to people inside the circle — instead of publishing to the whole network.
Create a circle
Open Circles → New circle
Give it a name and a colour so it’s easy to recognise.
Add members
Search for brokers and add them, or send invites to brokers who aren’t on the platform yet.
Use a circle
When you launch a property as pocket, you choose which circle(s) can see it. Only members of those circles will match against it or find it — everyone else sees nothing.
Anything launched as public is visible to the whole network and doesn’t need a circle. Circles are only for pocket/off-market sharing.
Join a circle
If another broker invites you, you’ll get a join link or an invite in your notifications. Accept to become a member and start seeing that circle’s pocket listings.
