Add a property
1
Open the form
Properties → New property.
2
Enter the details
Location, price, type, beds, size, and amenities. Location is geocoded so the property can be matched by distance — include the town/city (for example, “Nine Elms, London”) so it lands in the right place.
3
Add a description and highlights
Write it in the rich-text editor, or click Auto-generate — BrokerBuddy drafts the title, the description and the highlights together, reading the details and looking at your photos.Highlights are the short selling points shown on the public brochure; four to six works well. Everything it drafts is yours to edit before saving.

Add photos
Upload images — the first becomes the cover.
Launch a property
Launching is what makes a property matchable and visible to other brokers. In the launch dialog you set:Sub-agent fee
Sub-agent fee
The share you’ll pay a broker who introduces a buyer (usually a percentage of the sale price). This is what other brokers see as their potential fee on your listing, so set it deliberately.
Who can see it
Who can see it
- Public — visible to the whole network.
- Pocket — only visible to brokers in the groups you share it with. Use this for off-market listings.
Only live properties match and appear in other brokers’ opportunities. A launched property shows its status on the card.
Manage a launched property
- Edit — update details, price, or description any time.
- Pause — take it off the radar without deleting it. Nothing is lost; relaunch when you’re ready.
- Withdraw — pull it properly. Any active deals on it are cancelled, and you’re told how many before it happens. This is the one to think about twice.
- Mark sold — closes it out.
A property you haven’t launched yet shows a Private badge in your list — that just means it’s off-market (only you can see it), not a separate visibility setting. Visibility itself is Public or Pocket, chosen when you launch.
