Read an opportunity
Each opportunity card shows:- The match score (how well the listing fits the buyer’s brief).
- The listing’s price, type, beds, and area.
- The sub-agent fee the listing broker is offering — both the percentage and the estimated amount (for example,
0.5% · ≈£1,500). - Whether you’ve already sent interest on it.
Express interest
When an opportunity is worth pursuing:1
Open the opportunity and review the breakdown
Check the match and the fee.
2
Click Express interest
Optionally add a short note for the listing broker (for example, “cash buyer, can view this week”).
3
A deal thread opens
This creates a deal with the listing broker. Buyer identity stays private until the deal progresses.
Once you’ve sent it, the opportunity reads Interest sent — a deal thread is open and takes you to the deal. If that interest doesn’t go anywhere you can Express interest again.
From your Loop CRM
If you’ve connected Loop, Opportunities also surfaces matches marked From your Loop CRM. These pair your own CRM buyers with other brokers’ live listings — the network working the buyers already in your book. Open one and the match is shown as evidence rather than a score. Each requirement says where it came from: Area the buyer gave, Inferred from their notes, or BrokerBuddy read this from your Loop notes. You can see what the buyer actually said and judge the fit yourself, instead of trusting a number. Your buyer’s identity stays private: the other broker never sees who they are unless a connection forms.1
Open the match
Review the listing and why your buyer matches it.
2
Pursue
Pursuing re-checks your buyer’s live consent, then sends a connection request to the listing broker. Both sides stay anonymous until you connect, and a deal opens.
3
Undo, if you are quick
Changed your mind? Undo shortly after cancels the request and removes the buyer’s contact details. Leave it too long and you’ll see the owner may have already responded — at that point it stands.
Only buyers who have consented to property matching in your CRM appear here, and their personal details aren’t stored until you pursue.
