The notification bell keeps you current on everything that needs you — new matches for your buyers, deal updates (accepted, in progress, completed), group invites, and network activity.
The feed
Open the bell to see your feed, grouped by Today / Yesterday / This week / Earlier. Unread items are highlighted. Tap any notification to jump straight to the thing it’s about — the deal, the opportunity, or the listing.
- Mark all as read clears the unread count.
Preferences
Settings → Notifications controls how nudges reach you rather than which ones exist:
- Ask after viewings — on WhatsApp, or on your dashboard. See Viewings.
- Push notifications — on your phone, when the mobile app is installed.
- Quiet hours — a window where nudges hold back.
The in-app feed is always on.
Match and deal notifications are the ones you don’t want to miss — a match notification is often the first sign of a deal. Tapping it takes you to the opportunity or deal to act.
