Property / Listing
Something you’re selling. It only starts matching once launched.
Buyer
A saved search for one of your clients — budget, location, type, and beds. Matching runs continuously against it.
Opportunity
A match: one of your buyers fits another broker’s live listing. Shown with a match score and the offered fee.
Match score
How well a listing fits a buyer’s brief. Price and location must both fit; type, beds, size, and amenities are scored when you’ve specified them. A listing only surfaces if it passes the mandatory checks, so scores you see are already qualified matches.
Deal
A co-broking thread between the referring broker (brought the buyer) and the listing broker (owns the property), from interest through completion.
Sub-agent fee
The fee the listing broker pays the referring broker for introducing a buyer — a percentage of the sale price, set on the listing and locked when both brokers accept.
Circle
A private group of brokers used to share pocket (off-market) listings.
Pocket vs public
Public listings are visible to the whole network. Pocket listings are visible only to the circles you share them with.
Vouch
A cross-firm endorsement from another broker. Only one per firm counts toward standing.
Buddy Score
A reputation signal from your deal track record and ratings — how reliably you close and how counterparties rate you.
Verification (blue tick)
A credential check. Submit a licence under Get verified; once approved you earn the blue tick. Separate from your Buddy Score.
Market
The region you operate in (for example, UK or Dubai). Set during onboarding — it drives currency, matching, and which features apply.
