Check three things: your market is set correctly (Settings), the buyer is active (not paused), and the budget and location radius aren’t too tight. Both sides of a match must be in the same market, the price must fit the budget, and the property must be within range.

It has to be launched and live — a saved-but-unlaunched property doesn’t match. If you launched it as pocket, only brokers in the shared circle can see it.
