BrokerBuddy is your assistant inside BrokerBroker. Open it from the sidebar to chat: ask how something works, get a hand drafting a listing or a buyer search, or check on your pipeline.
What it can help with
- Answer questions about using the platform.
- Draft listings — describe a property in plain language and it can turn that into a launch-ready draft.
- Update a listing you already have — tell it what changed and it drafts the edit.
- Capture buyers — describe what a client wants and it can set up the buyer search. Try “Add a buyer wanting a 2-bed in Canary Wharf under £800k”.
- Summarise what’s happening across your properties, buyers, and deals.
- Explain your matches and answer questions grounded in your data and the BrokerBroker knowledge base — with references, and an honest “I don’t know” when it isn’t sure rather than a guess.
One conversation, everywhere
BrokerBuddy is the same assistant across the web portal, the mobile app, and WhatsApp, and it shares one history — so a conversation you start on WhatsApp continues in the portal, and vice versa.

It remembers you
BrokerBuddy keeps a private, per-broker memory of durable facts — how you co-broke, the areas and property types you focus on, how you like drafts written — and brings the relevant ones into a conversation when they matter, so you don’t have to re-explain yourself each time.
You can reset the conversation to start a clean thread. That clears the thread, not the memory: BrokerBuddy still remembers what it learned. Resetting is for when a conversation has wandered, not for making it forget you.
Connect it on WhatsApp
Open Settings, add a phone number, then link it. Once linked, messages to the BrokerBroker number reach the same assistant with the same shared history — and match alerts can come the same way.
Anything BrokerBuddy drafts is yours to review before it goes live. Confirm listings and buyer searches the same way you would if you’d typed them in.
