# Viewings

> See today's viewings, answer the one prompt that follows each, and turn what buyers said into interest you can act on.

Every viewing tells you something, and most of it evaporates on the drive back. **Viewings** collects the appointments from your CRM, asks you one short question after each one, and turns your answers into a picture of who is actually interested in each listing.

<Note>
  Viewings syncs from a connected CRM, so two things gate it. Until you connect one you'll see **Connect your CRM to see viewings** — set that up under **Settings → Data connections**. And CRM sync isn't live in every market yet; where it isn't, the page says **Not available in your market yet**.

## The four tabs

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Owed">
    Viewings that have finished but that you haven't said anything about yet. The number on the tab is your backlog — it is the only tab that chases you.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Today">
    Your agenda for today, in order, with the count on the tab so you can see at a glance how many are left.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Recent">
    What you have already answered, newest first, so you can look back at what a buyer said.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="All">
    Everything, grouped by day — useful when you are looking for one particular appointment.

## Answering a prompt

After a viewing ends you get one question, and it names the buyer and the place so you don't have to remember which is which:

> How was Sarah at the 14:30 viewing of 12 Acacia Avenue?

Answer it however suits you. Typing works. So does **a voice note** — record it and it gets transcribed for you, which is the point if you are in the car between appointments.

If you showed the **same property to several buyers back to back**, those are grouped into a single prompt rather than one each. Answer them together.

## Choosing where you get asked

Go to **Settings → Notifications**. Under **Ask after viewings** you have two places:

* **On WhatsApp** — the nudge and your reply happen in the same thread, so a voice note from the car finishes it.
* **On your dashboard** — the prompt waits for you in **Owed** instead.

Either way it is **one prompt shortly after a viewing ends, never more than once**. It will not chase you twice for the same appointment.

## What your answers are used for

Feedback you log rolls up onto the listing. Open a property and you'll see its **Active buyers** — how much genuine interest a listing is carrying, drawn from what you and other brokers said after showing it. This panel follows the same CRM sync, so it appears in markets where that is live.

That is what makes answering worth the ten seconds: it is the difference between a vendor conversation based on "we've had a few viewings" and one based on what those buyers actually said.

<Tip>
  The Owed count is the number to keep near zero. A viewing answered the same day is worth far more than one reconstructed a week later.
