# Signing in & onboarding

> Create an account, sign in, and complete the onboarding wizard.

## Create an account or sign in

At [my.brokerbroker.app](https://my.brokerbroker.app) you can:

* **Continue with Google** or **Continue with Apple** — fastest, no password.
* **Continue with email** — enter your email and set a password.

There's no approval wait. As soon as you sign up you go straight into onboarding, then the dashboard.

## The onboarding wizard

Onboarding captures the few things matching depends on. You must finish it before the app unlocks — but you can log out and resume where you left off.

    Name, agency, and phone (with the correct country code). These were captured at sign-up; confirm they're right.

    Choose the market you operate in (for example, **UK** or **Dubai**). This drives your currency, matching, and which features apply to you.

      Your market is load-bearing. If it's wrong, your buyers and listings match against the wrong market. You can correct it later in **Settings**, but set it right here.

  <Step title="Cities & areas">
    Add the places you work. These become the operating areas shown on your card and used in matching.

  <Step title="Specialisms">
    Pick what you focus on. These appear on your public card and help the right people find you.

Once complete, you land on your [dashboard](/the-dashboard).

## Trouble signing in

    Use the same method you signed up with. Social sign-in and email/password are tied to the same account only if they share the verified email.

    Change it under **Settings → Account**. You'll confirm the new address via a verification email before it takes effect.
