# Quickstart

> Go from sign-up to your first launched listing and matched buyer.

This walkthrough gets you fully set up. Budget about ten minutes.

    Go to [my.brokerbroker.app](https://my.brokerbroker.app) and sign up with Google, Apple, or email. See [Signing in & onboarding](/signing-in) for details.

  <Step title="Finish onboarding">
    Answer three quick questions — your **market**, the **cities/areas** you work, and your **specialisms**. This tunes matching to you. You can't be matched correctly until your market is set, so don't skip it.

  <Step title="Publish your card">
    Head to **My card**, add a headline, bio, and photo, then **Publish**. Your public profile is now live and shareable. See [Your public card](/your-public-card).

    <Tip>
      An unverified card is fine to publish — submit a credential later under **Get verified** to earn the blue tick.
    </Tip>

  <Step title="Add and launch a property">
    Open **Properties → New property**, fill in the details, set your **sub-agent fee**, choose **who can see it**, and **Launch**. See [Properties](/properties).

  <Step title="Register a buyer">
    Open **Buyers → New buyer** and capture the brief — budget, location, type, beds. Matching starts immediately. See [Buyers](/buyers).

  <Step title="Work your first opportunity">
    When a buyer matches someone else's listing, it appears under **Opportunities**. Open it, review the match, and **Express interest** to open a deal. See [Opportunities](/opportunities) and [Deals](/deals).

## Where things live

The sidebar is grouped into three areas:
