# Opportunities

> Where your buyers match other brokers' listings — and where you express interest.

An **opportunity** is a match: one of your [buyers](/buyers) fits another broker's live [listing](/properties). This is the buyer side of the network — the platform finding you inventory for the clients you already have.

## Read an opportunity

Each opportunity card shows:

* The **match score** (how well the listing fits the buyer's brief).
* The listing's **price, type, beds**, and area.
* The **sub-agent fee** the listing broker is offering — both the **percentage** and the **estimated amount** (for example, `0.5% · ≈£1,500`).
* Whether you've **already sent interest** on it.

Open one to see the full **match breakdown** — price, location, type, beds, size, and amenities, side by side (buyer wants → property has) — plus the listing broker and their trust signals.

## Express interest

When an opportunity is worth pursuing:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the opportunity and review the breakdown">
    Check the match and the fee.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Express interest">
    Optionally add a short note for the listing broker (for example, "cash buyer, can view this week").
  </Step>

  <Step title="A deal thread opens">
    This creates a [deal](/deals) with the listing broker. Buyer identity stays private until the deal progresses.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Once you've sent interest, the opportunity shows **Interest pending** and links straight to the deal instead of offering to send again.
</Note>

## Dismiss an opportunity

Not a fit? **Dismiss** it and it won't show again. You can still find the buyer under [Buyers](/buyers). If an interest you sent doesn't go through, you can dismiss the opportunity or express interest again.
