# FAQ

  <Accordion title="Why aren't my buyers matching anything?">
    Check three things: your **market** is set correctly (Settings), the buyer is **active** (not paused), and the **budget and location radius** aren't too tight. Both sides of a match must be in the same market, the price must fit the budget, and the property must be within range.

  <Accordion title="Why isn't my property showing up for other brokers?">
    It has to be **launched** and **live** — a saved-but-unlaunched property doesn't match. If you launched it as **pocket**, only brokers in the shared circle can see it.

  <Accordion title="When does my fee get locked?">
    When **both** brokers accept the deal. Before that, either side can change terms; after that, a change needs a fee-variation proposal that the other side approves.

  <Accordion title="When do I see the buyer's identity?">
    As the listing broker, you see an **anonymized brief** while deciding, and the buyer's **contact details once the deal is in progress**. This protects the introducing broker's client until you're committed.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to be verified to publish my card?">
    No. Publishing is open. An unverified card renders as unverified — submit a credential under **Get verified** to earn the blue tick later.

  <Accordion title="My public card link opens the wrong page">
    Use the **Copy link** / **Open public card** buttons on the My card status panel — they point to your public profile on the main site.
